The love and details that go into every order placed here is beyond measure! The company I work for ordered company shirts and the customer service was outstanding. I can't say enough good things about the customer service at 2 Sew 4 U Embroidery. Starting with the initial ordering process, everyone was friendly and helpful. When my order couldn't be completed when initially promised, Carolene let me know and we agreed on a later date. Here's the big wow factor though. I picked up two of my three shirts today, and understood the third shirt wasn't ready. Carolene called me within an hour or so after I left the store to tell me the third shirt was now ready, and she was going to meet me to give it to me! She could've said I needed to pick it up (about 20 miles from my house), but she didn't. We met at a Publix close to my house and now look at this beautiful trio!

Absolutely wonderful experience!!!! You can tell the owner loves what she does. Turn around time for my items were so quick, especially this time of year! I'll be visiting these ladies more often. OH!!!!!! I stopped by today not knowing what to expect . Now as we all know ,people are quick to leave a review when for whatever reason things don't go as expected.
