I purchased my front strap pack for my travels to Europe and I must say it was such a great purchase. So many people have asked where I’ve gotten it from. On top of that the customer service at the store was outstanding and they definitely pointed me in the right direction.

The sale associate was very helpful and we found all we were looking for. I even found the last jacket that was hard to find even on line it was out of stock. He gave me some information on the pants that I did not know about and me and my wife will be going back soon to get more items from his store.

I'm 5.11 customer for years I love the clothes, But the online shopping experience is always the same bad. They ship items separately don't have items that you pay for . You think you're gonna get the items you pay for but In 4 days later? They canceled say they don't have it, then. It takes forever to get a refund That's not good.They need to step it up Online shopping. I'm very disappointed with them. This is not the last time that this happens. Please add live inventory stock in your website no backorders. So people don't think you're gonna get what you're gonna get it. After you pay a week later, you don't receive that item.

I would like to thank the entire staff at 5.11 Temecula for an outstanding Grand Opening experience. The event was beyond perfect and I enjoyed myself immensely! From the available discounts to the free giveaways proved what a first class brand 5.11 has established. Not to mention the quality of their products including selection. 5.11 has established themselves as the forerunner in serious active gear made for everyone involved in a profession or personal commitment to achieve the very best in their passion. I want to acknowledge the entire staffs efforts today. They spared nothing to accommodate all of us during a long hot wait. I was amongst the early 50 and enjoyed cold water and shade provided by a tireless staff. Once inside the staff equally assisted us with product search and purchase with professionalism and a smile. I’m so proud to have 5.11 here in my home town. I will support them always and recommend them to everyone. Good luck and God Bless!!
