I recently visited 514Phone Repair and had an outstanding experience. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, addressing my phone issues with professionalism and efficiency. The repair was completed quickly, and my phone now works perfectly. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of service provided. They also offered helpful tips on how to maintain my phone in optimal condition. I highly recommend 514Phone Repair for anyone in need of reliable and swift phone repair services.

Honestly I wanted this place to work out. I called and got a quote for iPhone 11 back which was a good price . I ended up taking it there and she told me it’s takes a day In a half her tech had to get the back piece . I said don’t worry it’s a kids phone and I don’t need it right away and she said she had to take it to another store far away to use the laser this is Thursday . Monday comes around and she says on Tuesday afternoon because it wasn’t done yet. I call Tuesday and she says oh the piece just got here and she’s sorry fed ex was so late which she didn’t tell me the day before she said it’s just not ready . Mind you im calling her every other day she’s not calling me which is very unprofessional if you’re having all these issues . I ask her Tuesday are you sure it’s going to be done on time because things keep coming up and she assures me that it will be fine it will be done Wednesday no excuses . Well well well here we are Wednesday and she doesn’t answer me calls all day and finally text me back saying she had a family emergency. This is fine and all but this is her 3rd excuse and my phone had not even been touched when I got it. It sat in a drawer for a whole week not even touched but every-time I walked in she was sitting on her phone not doing nothing . Moral of the story don’t waste ur time this shop is a joke .

This family run cell phone repair is amazing. They charge a fair price compared to other places and have great costumer service. They are a reliable family business getting their kids a strong education.

Friendly, and quick. They were the cheapest around to fix my iPad Pro. The tablet is working like a charm.
