Unfortunately it doesn't matter how nice of a shop you have if you don't know how to treat customers. The woman running this store was rude and full of attitude. It's a fact, one's attitude affects their business. I approach with kindness and kindness is what I, and other customers, deserve to be greeted with. Her vibe was unwelcoming and off-putting; I will not go back.

ETA- Actually, I BOUGHT a cat carrier, I didn't borrow anything. Lying about it doesn't make it any better.

I've been to this shop a number of times and the owner has been rude before, this last experience was just especially bad.

I love this store! There is something for everyone, perfect for Christmas,birthday or really anything you would need a gift for. They also have nice clothes and shoes to save a trip to the valley stop on in.
