These guys are AWESOME!!! Best customer service I have experienced in a long long time! I had purchased a piece of custom jewelry from them seven years ago (!), and was having it appraised for insurance this year. The jeweler doing the appraisal noticed some apparent discrepancies from the certificate, so I emailed Patricia at MyJewelrySource with my concerns. She immediately offered to investigate and promised to make it right. The ring had been mis-marked 14k when it was supposed to be 18k, and also the quality of the sapphire was questionable. She replaced the sapphire and corrected the marking on the gold after confirming it was indeed 18k. Throughout the entire process she was courteous and concerned for my satisfaction. They definitely stand behind their work! I highly recommend purchasing jewelry from them!!!

I searched for a pair of sapphire and diamond earrings as a gift, looking for quality stones that weren't out of my price range. For me, that means diamonds that are SI or better, G-H color or better, and precious gems (like the sapphires) that are of course natural (not lab created) and rated AAA, "eye clean" or VVS (for non-diamond gems, the ratings systems used are quite varied).

MyJewelrySource had an excellent pair that met all the criteria, and their pricing was about 20% better than any competing pieces I could find. That was their first "plus".

Needing them as a Christmas gift, I phoned them to confirm that they had them and could deliver in time. Someone answered the phone promptly, clearly knew the piece I was talking about and knew the stone quality. She had sold many of them before and was familiar with it. Getting somebody promptly on the phone who is ALSO a GIA certified gemologist who can rate the stones was the second big point in their favor.

The earrings came in and were promptly shipped, but to make sure they would reach me in time, MyJewelrySource expedited the shipping to 2nd-day at no charge.

I also had numerous back-and-forth emails and phone calls with them to check on the status and stone quality. They were always courteous, knowledgable, and very prompt to answer.

It's hard to find businesses like this that pay a lot of personal, human attention to their customers, AND know their products so well. When the earrings arrived, they were magnificent. I did examine them under 7x magnifiers, and there was no doubt that the stones were as clean as promised. A written appraisal form was included with the earrings, signed by their GIA gemologist as well.

This company is a pleasant escape from the overpriced low-quality jewelry that is being sold in most department stores and mall jewelers. They also provide a nice option for those of us looking for very good jewelry, but can't afford the top-end "near flawless" pieces. I didn't want a cheap $400 pair of mall-quality earrings, but I couldn't afford a $10,000 pair, either. They can provide you with whatever quality you desire and can afford, at a fair price that is in keeping with the quality of the stones. They don't sell junk, and they really know their stuff. I will definitely use them again.
