I needed a replacement hose for under our sink that started leaking. Took the hose to Woods Ace Hardware on Christmas Eve, and upon walking into the store, one of the associates, Vence, helped me. He walked it over to the plumbing section and tested the size of the hose, and helped me find the correct replacement. The sink leak is now fixed, and all is good at our house. Thanks, Vence and all the great people at Woods!

For a small hardware store this place has some pretty great stuff. If you need help their staff is pretty knowledgable. The only thing I dislike is the aisles are very tight and some areas are very disorganized.

How inconvenient these people in the store are wasting my time.
Last.
Saturday I went in the store and paid cash for a Toyota key to be recut. It was a $109. I got the receipt and I was told that it can't be cut that day. Because the person who does the keys. Isn't there until during the week till 3 o'clock PM? So I told the girl specifically. This is for my son's car. He has the same name as I do. He has I do like I do. He took the receipt in there. And they refused to do anything for him. And he left the store upset because he didn't get his key. He needs an additional key. Now I have to travel a 120 miles from Thousand Oaks where I live down there to rectify the situation. I'm just asking for a refund and tell them their imbeciles that is ridiculous. How come they didn't call me? They had my phone number ridiculous wastes of my time. But of course, they didn't consider that all they wanted to do is what they wanted to do. I'll never shop in their store again.

This store has been here for many years. I normally come in to buy nuts and bolts, since that section is opened for me to try and find the solution that I like. They also make windows screens here.
My most recent visit was the past Sunday afternoon. I needed a drill bit for masonry and wood bleach. John was there to help me and found both items fairly quickly. 2 thumbs up for John, thank you!
