When a taxpayer calls for info on their property taxes account, it would be awesome if whoever answers the phone would be courteous and professional. The person I just spoke with talked like they just woke up or is on a medication making them unfunctional. Didn't end the call with thank you or even goodbye....just hung up. Taxpayers deserve better

The reason for the one star rating is for the website not the actual place bc I have not been there in person. But the website is extremely hard to navigate. Took me well over an hour to locate parcel search. Not user friendly. And I'm mental so there is that too. Bajajajajahahaha

I called for the best way to pay my property tax. I didn't have the account number but had the description and my name. I was transferred 4 times back and forth before finally giving up.
