Came here to look around and honestly I had no idea I’d find my next favourite purse and wallet. The staff were so friendly and supportive regarding every product I’ve found interesting, gave me lots of details regarding them and didn’t hesitate to joke around as if we were good friends! I loved the vibe of this store, it’s definitely girly making it feel even more safe. I can’t wait to come to this store again once I come to California again!

5 stars? Seriously! The staff and the store deserves more than 5 stars - they deserve double than that! The store is clean and in a very accessible location. Lana and David are superstars! These are the staff you keep- they both definitely deserve a promotion. David gave us the info on the sale and Lana helped us process our orders via phone. Very hard working staff, knowledgeable and they do not complain. Thank you!

Super helpful staff and prices beat online Kate Spade Surprise by at least 20%. Really enjoyed shopping here! I bought a wallet for $51 and online the same wallet is $89 that’s a big savings. I will be going back for sure!

We came here looking for a black purse for a special event. At this point, we walked through several stores and didn't seem happy with the designs. That is when Lana walked over to us and offered a cute, heart-shaped purse that I absolutely fell in love with. On top of that, we learned that the purse that I was eyeballing on their website can be ordered directly from this outlet as a part of the purchase. At the register, Noemi helped us to get everything settled. Now I'm a happy owner of a lovely red heart purse, and my black evening purse is going to be delivered straight to my home. Thanks, guys, for being so amazing.

It's a good store to offer sophisticated bags, wallets, shoes, earrings, and many other items . Staff is experienced, courteous, and known for customer dealing. Let's hope discounting does not affect durability or quality...

Excellent store! I came in with a rough idea of what I was looking for as a gift and the staff was top-notch at showing off various suggestions they had and were very good at selling their sales as well. They are well-stocked with a nice selection.

Yasmine was the real star of the show—super personable and welcoming, and she went above and beyond at making sure I was set with my purchase and finding me the best price possible. 10 stars for her alone.

Cute and clean store, unfortunately my wedding accessory shopping was ruined by a staff member who kept following me around as if I was a thief. Literally stood next to me as I looked at jewelry. I would move and there she went right next to me. There is a good difference between wanting to help and just following you around as if I was going to steal something. No other shopper was treated like this. I have been to this store so many times and have never had this happen. I am so ofended at the racial profiling I got!
