They carry a lot of nice things. It's hard to find a fitting room and one of the escalators wasn't working so you had to take a loooooong walk to the elevators. The clerks were polite and helpful.

Ruwaida did an amazing job! I am new to the area and needed a full highlight. She meticulously highlighted my hair and helped me make decisions about the correct toner. I have a LOT of hair and she was great! SO grateful.

Omg excellent sale...i got a pair of pants, sketchers shoes, and two tops all on clearance and paid $50.00...sketchers were only $35 and the rest $15. For new clothes......sale lasts one more day!. Park in front doors entrance only other entrances are not open.

We went to find out about the JC Penny portrait studios and to see if they offer gift packages which unfortunately they don't... but what you can do is purchase a JC Penny gift card in the amount of the photo package you want.

Here's a tip: Groupon and JC Penny website have coupons so be sure to check it out leaving you $$ to be able to order extra pictures or whatever you want to do.

I like this department store for the quality of the products they carry and for their competitive prices (clothing, accessories, housewares...). The service seems limited, however, as not many associates are available to answer questions and ring up purchases, so the checkout lines can sometimes be long. Also, I often have better luck finding clothing in my size on their website than in the store, but I like that I can choose to pick it up at the store, and avoid paying shipping costs. Overall, I'm pretty happy with JCPenney and recommend shopping there.

JCPenneys at Tanforan Mall usually has what I need, and the men's section is big. I bought my boots there, and clothes, like my Levi jeans. Great prices! It's definitely not as full of clothes as in the past, but there are still a lot to choose from. Lots of parking.

Not a very pleasant experience. Returning a mail order item. The condo outcome was good. Returned and was credited. However, the store seemed desolate, dirty rugs, dilapidated walls and cubicles. Staff was friendly, but seemed tired. I had to wait almost half hour to be attended by the one clerk, s young person who was stuck with one client. The next person went fairly quick when another employee replaced the one attending. It's sad to see the decadence of what was a thriving business. Also, when comparing to other Malls where, like Europe, or Asia. At least the ones that I have visited. I'm aware that the pandemic and online shopping has had much to do with the current state of affairs, but I was shocked at the totally empty parking lot in the adjacent structure. ?
