Terrible! Sent me a defective product and won't refund or replace. I spent over $1,000 for product + shipping and they sent me a beach dolly with 2 different wheels. One is more than 2" bigger than the other. Their response - "yeah its not ideal but it will probably still work"! Unacceptable!

Customer service is excellent. A friend recommended them because they are so knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve made two phone purchases, the first one not expensive but required time to figure out all the small parts. For both purchases they were informed, patient, helpful and answered all of my questions (and provided fast shipping!) I would definitely make more purchases from them in the future. Plus I absolutely love my new F-one 1280 front wing!

I bought a used Hobie 16 recently and looked around a bit for info and parts to help rehab the boat and get it up to reliable sailing condition.

I found Murray's largely from looking for parts like shrouds and trapeze parts online. Murray's makes their own high quality parts and functional kits to support the market. They have highly descriptive explanations of what the part or kit is for and why it's important. As a beginner, understanding the "why" is very helpful for me and I really appreciate that Murray's has gone through the effort to describe and educate potential customers on their website.

As a new customer the CEO!?! (Dray) noted my order appeared to be missing some parts and reached out to make sure it wasn't a mistake and check to see if there was anything else I needed. Ended up being an onramp to get some items I forgot. He also took the time to answer some questions I had about Hobie's in general. Pretty incredible.

I've now received the parts I ordered and the custom kits and parts are of the highest quality. Super impressed!

While I try not to be hyperbolic or sound like I'm gushing... this really is an incredible service oriented company and they've earned a customer for life.

I had the pleasure of meeting and kiting with Dray in Baja in 2022. Fast forward to to now, he is setting me up with a fantastic F-One foil set. I can’t wait for it to arrive in Florida.
