DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered an Apple Watch series 9 midnight 45mm from IPower Resale that took about 2 weeks to ship because I reside in The Bahamas. Once I unboxed my package there was a crack on the screen, the battery was dead, and when I arrived home to set it up….IT IS ICLOUD LOCKED. As far as I know this is a company is ran by thieves and liars! I tried reaching out countless times but the slackers don’t answer the phone or even bother giving a call back. I finally got an email from them about a “refund” but it still was a loss for me as I was charged $90 by USPS. This company should be closed down for stealing peoples hard earned money with garbage.

I purchased a used 2023 MacBook from this company in 2024, hoping to save money on an 8TB Mac. Unfortunately, after just five months of careful use at home, the screen developed black and white vertical lines. I contacted i Power Resale and they told me to take it to Apple for the repair. I took it to Apple, and they informed me that the screen needed to be replaced, costing me an additional $800.

While I understand the risks of buying used, I’ve purchased four other used MacBooks in the past, and they all lasted 2-3 years until I was ready to upgrade. This is the only one I’ve bought used that has failed. I took a chance, but it was not one of my best decisions.

I bought a MacBook Pro from iPower Resale and had a good experience, I found an open box computer for a good price online and was able to pick it up before lunch the next day. The computer is as advertised and I am quite happy with it. It still has nearly a year of Apple's warranty plus iPower's own 1 year warranty, and the price cannot be beat.

My experience with ordering through Amazon is so far amazing. Based on this amazing experience, I thought that my experience with agency like eBay and IpowerResale will be similar. I have been proved terribly wrong. We bought an iPhone from EBay and the seller name was IpowerResaleon 1st of November 2023. When we bought, it was clearly mentioned that we have to pay 46$ shipping fee. Nothing was mentioned about customs fee. If they could mention it, we could stop the purchase then and there. 21 days later on November 21 we received a notice from our local Totonto post office that we have a parcel and we have to pay 317$ customs fee otherwise they can not deliver it. We immediately called eBay customer service though accessing eBay customer service is a Herculean job. It is meant for helping customer but in reality it is the most terrible barrier to get any assistance. Looks like some heartless machines are sitting there. Anyway, we were lucky and got a hold of a customer service agent. When we explained our situation, the customer service agent advised us to refuse to accept the item and that way the item will be returned to the sender and we will get the refund under eBay money back guarantee. Accordingly we refused to accept the item. Then our horrible nightmare started. We again called and spoke with two different agent of customer service. One was a Supervisor. Both of the customer service staff reassured us that they will resolve the issue and we will get our money back. One day later we received an email from eBay customer service stating that our matter has been resolved and we will not get any refund. We do not know how it is resolved when we have no clue at all what is going on? Following that incident, we have been trying up until now to talk to any customer service agent but we were not allowed to talk to any one. Each time an automated response stats, “the matter has been resolved and we are unable to provide refund.’ We were asked to contact seller. We contacted seller and the seller said that they have nothing to do and eBay has to settle this issue. Today is 7th of January, 2024. We have not received any refund nor the item we paid for a month and half ago. Both ebay and the seller IpowerResale are indifferent to our repeated request to resolve this issue. We are shocked and speechless the way the EBay and IpowerResale are dealing with our purchase. It looks like we made the greatest blunder in our life by purchasing from eBay and IpowerResale. We do not know if we will ever get our item or the refund from eBay or IpowerResale. The only option left for us is a lawsuit against EBay and IpowerResale.

We are also disgusted by the behaviour of IPowerResale. They are getting their product back but are not answering any messages.

According to Asendia USA tracking number, the item has been returned to the sender on 26th December 2023. Is there anyone in the management of EBay or IpowerResale who can put aside their greed to recognize the frustration and unfairness that we have been subjected to for the last two months? Can you have any semblance of a conscience to resolve this crisis for an ordinary customer who is still waiting to get either the item or the refund though paid in full a month and half ago?

Very unhappy with this company. We purchased a Macbook pro from iPowerResale and the first one they sent had a graphics card issue within a few weeks, they sent a replacement laptop and two weeks after the return policy expired (based on original purchase date, they would not honor from the date the replacement was sent), the replaced second laptop died completely and would not turn on at all. The second laptop also had imprints of stickers from previous owner and when we had it looked at by an Apple mechanic, they said there was rust on the motherboard. iPowerResale told us "sorry, the return date is expired" and although they were professional, they wouldn't offer to help in anyway. So this was $1699 for a work laptop that sits in a closet and won't turn on and would cost us $1300 to fix. It's been almost a year since this happened but it disappoints us every day. We don't recommend buying refurbished items from this company.

First I must say that customer service is very important to me, with that said I had several phone calls with them prior to my purchase of a Mac Pro 12 core. Each call was outstanding as they were very pleasant, knowledgeable and took the time to discuss things and answer all of my questions. My new Mac was shipped pretty quick, two days, and delivered in a matter of days from placing my order. Item delivered was simply incredible!!! These folks are fantastic!!!

Went ahead and purchased a iMac Pro from them on Amazon, but once it arrived noticed some damage from shipping.. Not iPower’s fault by any means, these things happen unfortunately.

Contacted them by phone and was able to speak with Christian, he made my situation a priority and got my issue resolved quickly!

Received my replacement just a short time later and it’s in such perfect condition, you would never know it wasn’t just unboxed.

Extremely happy with the product, aswell as the service I received.
