I ordered one of your products.

You failed to ship the product to me for more than week.

I contacted you and you corrected the issue and shipped another product.

The product I received (crossbody bag) deviated from what was advertised in such a way that it was not even usable for its intended purpose. (the bottom strap location was on the wrong corner, causing the bag to stick out and away from the body instead of laying flush on it)

I email your customer support and explain the issue and the only reply is an email with a return shipping label, no explanation.

I use your shipping label and ship your faulty product back to you.

You issue a partial refund, leaving me to cover the shipping cost for the faulty product you tried to foist upon me.
!!!!

Possibly one of the scummiest customer service interactions I've had in years. Serious lack of communication and ethics. Complaint lodged with the BBB and I've issued a chargeback to get the money you tried to steal from me.

The skin can peel over time, so take extra care, so best to take extra care. It’s a solid case and I especially like the way the metal clip is attached to a stitched loop so less likely to break, as is the concern with many of the silicone versions of this.
Customer service is great, once they respond.
