Nice employees excellent service. They offer a full breakfast every morning. The breakfast is good and hot and included in your price however they do have a tip jar and they do work very hard to get what you'd like. The rooms are nice remodeled. The only downside is if you get a room with two queen beds which will sleep up to four All that's provided is one suitcase rack. They do have room service daily or you can put up your do not disturb and they don't come in the room. Their beds are very comfortable.

The reason I give this a 5 stars despite it not being perfect is because they warn you ahead of time saying it’s a 2 star hotel. You get what you pay for. For less than a hundred bills we got a ginormous room and 2 Queen sized beds, with a kitchen sink, fridge, couch area, and restroom/shower of course. It was equipped with nice salon soaps, better quality than your typical 2 star hotel. Equipped with extra blanket in the closet which isn’t common that I’m aware of. Definitely friendly staff and even continental breakfast with good tasting coffee. Everything looked visually clean until you look a little closer which was the pool, and the hotel room floors. I was about to clean the pool myself but there was nothing to clean it with. Overall a fun family quick stay. Thank you!

The property is well maintained and nice for the price. I would recommend the upper floor, however. We were on the ground floor and there was a clicking noise all night as well as the refrigerator running. Mattress was too soft for us, so we didn't sleep well. Front desk upon checkout didn't seem to care.

The rooms here are incredibly convenient and for the price I'd have to say these are some of the nicest rooms that I have received for such a very fair price. And the rooms are so clean very organized and honestly I would have paid more to have this room that I have. It has everything you need in it including coffee tea microwave refrigerator a desk ironing board iron hair dryer. This is a business class type of room. I'm considering I'm actually here on business it's very appropriate for me but it's just great this is very nice I've stayed at more expensive hotels and didn't receive such a nice room as I have here. The customer service is great as well. I'm definitely coming back and this is now my go-to place here in the city of Upland.

Do not stay at SureStay Plus Hotel! I paid in full through Booking.com for a room, including taxes, and was shocked when I arrived and was denied check-in. The hotel refused to accept my secured credit card for the deposit, even though there was no clear mention of this policy on their website or on Booking.com. This is not a cancellation on my part—it’s the hotel refusing to honor a reservation that was fully paid for.

What’s worse, when I contacted both the hotel and Booking.com to address the issue, they just passed the blame back and forth. This kind of poor communication and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. I’m left out of pocket for two hotel rooms, and both parties seem to be more focused on covering their own backs than resolving the issue.

Legally and ethically, this is a major failure on their part. They should be held accountable for not clearly stating deposit policies in advance. Save yourself the headache and avoid this hotel. There are plenty of places that actually respect their customers and their bookings.

Very pleasantly surprised at the exceptional cleanliness of this location for its affordability. Very quiet location secure behind Gates that you must use your key card to get past. Very well kept and maintained facility will definitely stay here again in the future when in this area. Stop was very friendly very helpful and a pleasure to work with. The daily breakfast was simple as expected, but convenient. The internet service has 2.4 GHz as well as 5ghz service. I was very pleased with the connections I was able to get without any problems. The bed and pillows were perfect for me, and I am pretty particular about my pillow and usually bring my own, but did not need to since theirs were great.

Araceli, who's a member of the office staff, has amazing customer service skills. I'm currently recovering from ligament repair and on crutches so it's not easy getting around. I ordered food which didn't come with silverware so I called the office Not only was she nice enough to say yes but she even brought them to the room. Thank-you

A really clean new hotel. all new furniture.
Great secure parking behind a locked gate.
Breakfast included from 6am to 10am with a cook. A great valve for the cost.
