I still feel Ken's Pharmacy is the best pharmacy in San Bernardino County. Not only is everyone professional and knowledgeable, but they're also kind, friendly and caring. Dealing with chronic illnesses is difficult at best. Ken, his wife and Pharmacy technician make it a bit more tolerable.

Ken has been our pharmacist for many years. I'm so pleased with Ken that we followed him to his opening of 'Kens Pharmacy' in Upland. It's the cleanest, cutest little shop with odds and ends to purchase as well. We always feel very welcome and taken care of every time we stop by. Ken will take his time with you for consultations and the friendly "hello". Best little place in town. Ken will always be our pharmacist.

Ken Pharmacy is a very nice privately owned pharmacy. The owner is very professional, polite, and patient which is what most customers expect from any business and business personal. The pharmacy itself is very well organized, clean, and overall well maintained with almost everything you might need to manage your medical and pharmaceutical needs. Don't worry about waiting in long lines here either.

Ken is the nicest pharmacist ive ever had he always handles any problem i might have and his associate is very sweet and very helpful they both make for a very relaxed enviroment and friendly attitude from Kens pharmacy i definently recommend them, they actually know your name when u come in its not like CVS or RITE-AID where they treat me like im just another patient sometimes giving me problems with my refills when there is no problem! Ill never leave Kens pharmacy! Thank u Ken for making the dreaded pharmacy visit into a pleasingly happy no stress visit unlike so many other pharmacies!! 5 Stars!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
