They fixed my laptop for a very reasonable price. I told taylor what was wrong and he told me to bring it in and they would fix it. Only took 1 day and my laptop was ready. When i picked it up he told me what was wrong and what he did to fix it. Went as far as printing out a picture of the aftermarket ram card i put in so i could order another one because part of my problem was mismatched ram cards. Even wrapped my charger up all nice and neat when he gave it back to me and also looks like he might have wiped down my laptop too. Sometimes its the small details that matter most. Great customer service would 100% recommend them.

Wonderful 1st experience at MacDaddy! My old iPhone 5 fell into seawater and I thought it was done for. Greta welcomed me in an authentic way, and Taylor was exceptionally gifted, bringing my otherwise reliable little phone back to life. He was warm and friendly, and 45 minutes later, with 2 new parts and attentive labor, I went on my way feeling completely satisfied with efficient & friendly customer service, a positive result of that service, and a very reasonable bill. While I waited in their shop, I observed a number of other customers come & go, with all manner of PC and iPad issues, who were also treated well, and seemed satisfied. I also observed Taylor engaging very knowledgeably in problem-solving conversations with customers. All in all, a wonderful 1st impression! Taylor and Greta certainly lived up to the excellent reviews that led me to MacDaddy in the first place!

Great expertise and great service. My iPhone took a plunge in tidal water and wouldn’t take a charge. Ended up a simple fix that Taylor was able to take care of on the spot free of charge. I recommend him highly!

Mac Daddy repaired my smashed, bent iPhone 6 . Excellent job! There were parts literally floating around inside the phone and Taylor basically refurbished my phone the same day. Low price. 5stars! Thank you! I'm not one that goes out of my way to write a review but in all fairness with the excellent service I got Mac Daddy deserves a shout out.

What a lovely experience. My laptop was over heating, slow and freaking out. I called in and Taylor told me to come on up, so I drove 40 minutes as he was the closest shop to me and he was sweet and kind, ran diagnostics and reset my computer in ways Google couldn’t advise me on. My computer is silent and seemingly happy. He cleaned my computer for me and sent me on my way at no charge. He’s the only person I’m going to bring my electronics to from now on. Thanks man! You rock!!

The owner of macdaddys helped me out a lot when I brought in my iPhone 6 because I had repaired the screen myself and did not know why it was stuck in a booting loop. He dedicated a lot of his time helping me figure out what was wrong and fixing the problem. I would recommend his shop over any Apple Store I have ever been into.
