So I've been to this store many times & my husband always gets me gifts from this exact same store. I've always had pleasant experiences but tonight rubbed me the wrong way. The girl who helped me at first was super sweet (she had black long hair & had glasses) & I found what I wanted right away (a rose gold watch, a mens watch for my huband, two bangles & two necklaces) & before I got the watches I asked if they can be sized & the sweet girl said yes no problem. She had ask another girl to ring it up & that girl (heavy set blonde girl) was so rude!!! She was looking bothered right away & when we asked about the sizing she said we usually don't size on weekends (it's Monday) & I just said ooh I get that probably because it gets busy. Then when I asked if the other girl would size it she replied with a rude tone "we're about to close so she can do it of she wants" as she's putting the watches in the boxes & bag lol it was 8:14 & they closed at 9:00 & we were the only ones on the store. I'm an understanding person & I know people have bad days but when your working you have to shut that off or unless she's normally that rude. I gave it 3 stars because the first girl did her job right so I would give her work a 5 but her coworker not so much. I will take my business somewhere else & definitely won't be returning to that store ever again.
