I was there to set up my son’s phone service. After a couple minutes talking to the girl working there she got a personal phone call. Guess what?! It was the phone service provider for her son’s account. She then proceeded to talk with them for 15min and acted like we weren’t even there before I had to ask for my son’s phone back. We had to leave without any help as she set up her own son’s phone service. Weird.

Really bad place to go to, for any type of information and service. I would give a zero if I could!!! Worst service, I have ever had!!! Would not let me get any of my information. Will not print out any bills for us. Made us go get change to pay our service. And ignored our questions the whole time we have ever been there. She raises her voice at the customers when she gets upset!! She was rolling her eyes at the customers especially the customers in front of us. Did not want to help us with any of our concerns, she had us calling customer service while In the store!!!

Girl working there didn't know anything about phones. Just wanted to get my boys phone activated as he needed a new sim card. We just wanted a new sim card as his was shot and he needed a new phone number for the phone but she didn't know what we were talking about.. Told us to call customer service but they told us to go to a boost phone. Went to a different boost mobile in Avondale and the girl there was able to activate my boys phone in 5 min with a new number. She said that a lot of people complain about that location.

Always nice and willing to make a deal. However, it absolutely drives me nuts that you never know if they are actually there or not. They are never there at the opening time listed on google and their door. And the other day we got there at noon when their opening time was 10 or 11. And there was a note on the door that said they were gone to lunch and to call this number. Called the number and they said they would be there in ten minutes. 35 minutes later they show up.
