I skipped my Universal Annual Pass for 2+ years and I finally came back today (1/11/2024) to browse through the properties. And I was pleasantly surprised, especially at the company store at the Citywalk.

Their merchandise is not lacking to Disney. Some new merchandises looked very attractive and all items are reasonably priced. And all items CLEARLY display their price (are you listening SeaWorld?) on each item. I am most impressed with their Loungefly collection, the Simpson collection and anything that’s Harry Potter.

It’s totally worth a visit to this store on your way out.

This shop is absolutely huge! Since its October they have a huge amount of spooky slytherin stuff out and that was awesome to see. They have super cheap items and also highly expensive collectors items. Definitely something in here will fit your specific budget. I only viewed the Harry Potter area, as the store was packed but they had soooo much more!

Donna was so helpful. My granddaughter asked for a particular Fairie T-shirt and a Toothless cap. The tshirt UPC was not listed for Donna to place the order but she asked for my info and sure enough the next day emailed all the information for both items. She wasn't feeling well but did her job and went above and beyond to help me for Christmas giving. When I called in to order Zsylvia who was so kind and helpful as well. So sweet! We completed the order and as soon as I got off the phone I had to call right back as I forgot to include an item for another granddaughter. Zsylvia answered again and just added it to the first order. At such a busy time of year these two ladies were nothing but kind and helpful and dib their best to make a customer happy. AND THEY DID! KUDOS TO UO! Two great ladies that deserve to be recognized! Thank you!
