I basically was trying to piece together a system with what I had and other used parts, keeping in mind thier time is not free. The owner got my system up running. Not a easy job but he still found time to fix the rattling in my door and repair 2 cut wires in door jam. Only charge for installation he made it look easy.

I've been a customer there for years. A $350 car stereo that I bought from them quit working when it was just slightly out of warranty. They basically said to bad. We'll sell you another one and take 20 $ of the labor cost of installing it.
That was their offer.
I'll never go back there.
