I haven't ever had a phone and internet service as nice in my entire life and the folks at the payson branch really make it all easy and simple.
Thanks to t-mobile, I was able to rid myself of unoptimum service and false billing. Thanks again t-mobile staff.

It is 20 till 5. this website says your open till 6. teh recorded message says " we`re closed today" I think I remember being in teh store in payson andn finding everyone in a huge hurry to get out of there and it was 15 till 5. I wanted to open a new acccxount and buy a new phone , and it did not appear to me to Have any significance at all to tehm, just get us out of here, was their attitude. Why would you be closed on a monday? and why is the internet showing an hour differance from what they are doing,. I was thinking about changing carriers but this tell me they are the same inconsistant idiots I`m trying to get away from with my currant carrier. I dont know if it is the attitude of teh town, the age group of teh employees, the corporations, teh management or teh general cell industry. No matter what , it seems to this 73 year old non techy old gizer that no one c an help or serve anyone thes days. Having poor vision and poor memory makess it next to impossible to get by in this society these days.

Christina was extremely helpful, competent, and personable. I told her over the phone about the issue I was having, and she suggested I visit her store (T-Mobile in Payson, AZ) to resolve the issue: setting up a hotspot on my phone so I could resume working on my laptop. After greeting me very pleasantly upon entering the store, in just a few minutes Christina had taken care of my problem and answered all of my questions. She was equally helpful during a quick follow-up call to answer my one remaining question. Put simply, Christina is an excellent representative of your business (unless the rest of your employees are all terrible, and she's some kind of anomaly, being the *opposite* of terrible -- let's call it terrific!).

When I was switching from straight talk to T-Mobile the person that helped me his name was Gary was not accurate or honest about the plans we did sign up but had to have Christina Bauer assist us assist us at the store. Even though a review from a month ago pointed out they are misrepresenting their hours, the issue still hasn't been fixed. Today is my bday and the Google phone I bought from Tmobile 2 1/2 years ago decided to die. I'm out of town, but need a Google phone for work. I called ahead, told the sales guy my predicament. They said they had what I needed in stock, so I drove 40 minutes to get there. When I arrived, I was told they had no more left. Happy birthday to me! Thanks for the colossal waste of time.

As a current user/customer with T-mobile when we purchased a new iPhone we came to the Payson store seeking assistance setting up our phone. The associate we unfortunately were greeted by was ill-mannered and rude from the beginning. He asked my fiancé a question then repeatedly (three times) told her that in his previous experiences with T-mobile customers their Iphone could not be set up because of the SIM card sent by apple with the new phone. She is a current T-mobile customer and as such already has a SIM card in her previous phone that is paid for and should be transferable to her new phone. If not then a new SIM card should be provided that will work in her new phone, for an additional fee or not. Instead of simply informing us which choice is available he insisted on berating her about his previous experiences. To be quite Frank his previous experiences do not concern us, his rudeness and ill-mannered attitude do. There was another T-mobile associate in the store who I assume was his supervisor. She stood back and watched the entire conversation. She apparently believed this was an appropriate way to conduct business because she made no attempt to correct it. It’s 70 miles to the nearest T-mobile store if we have to drive to Phoenix to get this new phone set up, if it were entirely my decision (which it is not) I would have a new phone carrier today! We are heading back to our local T-mobile store this morning to attempt this again this morning. Either way I’ll promise you it will be the last timeI set foot in this business, I grew up here and have recently returned. I promise you I will inform everybody I know what kind of experience I had at your store.

There are always enough employees so wait times are minimal. Every time we have needed help all of the employees are Very friendly and helpful. They have helped me to sign up for our free Netflix and Apple TV + . Not being tech savvy, Chas has never made me feel bad that I have to ask. John the manager helped us too on this visit always pleasant and kind. The T-Mobile we always go to for the reasons mentioned is off the 260 in the Wellsfargo parking lot in Payson, AZ.
