I had a recent visit to this retailer and I had a pretty good experience. Everyone was really helpful and polite, the young lady that helped me out specially. I believe her name was Ailany, she greeted me as soon as I came in and made sure I found what I was looking for.

I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend this store. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I was a manager at T-mobile for many years and this store would be shut down if they were audited today. There were no price tags on phones, no information for the promotions around the store. They tried convincing me that I needed to add a line to get a $1000 promotion and said that without adding the line I would only get $200. The promotion online said I just need the right plan and to trade in my old phone. The manager even tried to say that I was wrong and had to add a line to get the promotion, which wasn’t true. I ended up going to another store and got the $1000 promotion without adding any lines. I also got over $300 in accessories and I did end up adding two MI lines for the Apple Watch promotion. I did not need to add a phone line for the iPhone promotion, they were all lying. If any store tries to convince you that you need to add a useless line for a promotion, check online. DO NOT TRUST anyone at this store, they just want their money, they don’t care about customers at all.

Lovely personnel here, staff is wonderful and helpful. People need to learn to be patient and not be karens. Experience the store and you'll see what great employees they have. Store is always clean. This is my go to store.

All I have received from all the store employees, are lies excuses. What tops the cake is I went in and got a phone from them and 2 weeks later the phone all of doesn't turn on. So I see if Tmoible can send a replacement, store says I can pick it up when they receive the phone. I go to get the phone and there like where not able to give you the phone sorry, I had to call 611 on the phone and had to have it sent to another store, wasted my gas and time to pick up a phone, Had the store told me the truth ahead of time I wouldn't have wasted my time. Warning don't go to that tmobile store find another
