This rating is purely based on customer service, the staff is extremely rude and do not even acknowledge your presence upon entering the store even though they clearly see you. No one ever asked if they could help, I started my own fitting room. I went to this store solely to return items I bought at the Irvine Spectrum location (their staff is amazing, 5 stars all around!) and upon checkout the cashier was not warm, I told her thank you a few times, no you’re welcome. I don’t know who has trained the staff here but it really makes me not want to come back. Most likely will only go to the Irvine Spectrum location in the future.

Ingrid the Store Manager is Top- notch customer service, always friendly. She and her Staff are Amazing and they all go out of their way to help you find what you’re looking for. Love shopping at this location.

Very disappointed with the customer service at the store. I went in to return an online order and I saw some cute sweatpants and a matching top that I was interested in. They did not have it in my size and they offered to order it from another store. Great, I thought! Then the items came in and they called me and I said that I would be in to try them on the next day.

I went in to try on the ordered items and they could not find them anywhere in the store. I waited for 20 minutes while they called their manager and they could not find the items for me to try on. This location is not convenient for me but I was called to come in so I went.
I left my number and asked them to have the manager call me. It’s now two days later and no one has called to explain what happened or where the items that were ordered for me ended up. Again what an inconvenience and very disappointed in the customer service I received here. I rarely write negative reviews but I feel this one warrants it because I went there at their request, they were unable to help me, and then there was no follow up call after my disappointing visit.

I have never shopped in a store where the NEVER acknowledge your presence at any point. I walked around with an arm full of clothes helped myself to a dressing room while all 3 people working there looked at me several times and never said a word until I went to the counter to pay. I only purchased out of desperation for something to where that evening. This wasn't the first time I'd been ignored at that store but it certainly will be the last.
