I pretty much do my research on what I want before going in. The sales team will help you if needed. They will tell you the normal...you aren't gonna get that hair color unless you bleach first. And will not laugh at those of you who think you are the exception and can turn your black hair into manic panic pink without bleaching first. They can explain semi, demi, and permanent hair color so you don't get mad when you bought hair color and it washed out in 10 washes and it wasn't supposed to even though you bough a DEMI instead of PERMANENT hair color. If you don't know how a full process works ASK THEM FOR WHAT YOU NEED!!!!! Gloves, bowls, repair, developer and so on.

The store's overpriced and doesn't really have anything special. I get better deals on Amazon or at the drugstore. Employees are apathetic and semi-friendly. They don't know their products. Or other beauty products, for that matter.

no one at the store knows ANYTHING about their products! they just want you to spend all of your money on junk. They give horrible advice and blame you for their mistakes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THEIR STORE!!!
