I purchased a Leer truck shell for a 2023 Ram on Feb. 7 2024 cost $ 3,077. 00, paid $ 1600.00 down had a receipt saying that balance due is $1,477.00. After seeing the Leer shell and the cost of it was made very cheap photos included.
I was told that I would be contacted when the order was received by the shell manufacturer. I did receive a call about two weeks later and was told that I would be contacted when it would be manufactured and sent, never did get a call. I finally called and was informed that it may be completed around April.
It finally was delivered on April 15th. When I arrived with the $1,477.00 balance due I was informed that there was an additional fee of $ 405.83, because of labor, shop fees and tax. After getting in a heated discussion with Mike J who did the original order and price he said that he told me 3 times about the added cost when the shell would arrive. I informed him that I was not that STUPID to have needed him to tell me 3 times about the additional cost and that the full amount should have been included in the original contract. Another person came in and took over the situation, after he tried numerous times to find the shell number and sticker of the shell on the original contact he had to cancel the original contract and make another. I ended paying the additional $ 405.83 above the balance due of $ 1,477.00.
I then went out to the shop area where the wiring was being done I was informed that a 30 amp fuse was bad on my truck and after they changed wires around from the shell the wiring was completed. I had to purchase a new 30 amp fuse at Auto Zone can't prove that they caused it to blow. After looking at the installation of the shell; I observed where the manufacturer had cut the trim and rubber short on the left and right rear corners. Thus allowing for water to seep into the truck bed. Picture attached.
I conclude that I will NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, I believe that we should support our local business's but not this one. Watch yourself when doing business with them.

I don’t live locally to Truckmates but they coordinated getting a truck bed cover shipped to me. It’s exactly what I was looking for. The function is perfect and it was very easy to install. These guys are awesome to work with even if your not in the Yuma Valley. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for professionalism and quality work you’ve come to the right place! TruckMates has been my go to service location for years! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly always willing to go the extra distance to make sure that you are taken care of! Had them install a 4.5 BDS lift kit on my truck as well as a bed cover and it came out amazing! Huge thanks to Fransico and Sergio for knocking it out of the park!

Wish I could review the products, however due to their unethical business practices, I never got my windows tinted. I’ve spoke to the employees multiple times that offered military discounts. The manager would not offer them. I scheduled about 3 weeks out to have all windows tinted to include the windshield. He offered the price of 549. I tried to pay over the phone because my wife was taking my car ti the appointment while I was out of town. He tried taking advantage of her when and charged 300 extra when she arrived. I don’t know why he thought that was acceptable. 10/10 do NOT recommend going there.
