Five minutes ago, I bought 4th series headphones. There are only the 4 and 4 Pro series available. However, they are too big for me. The salesperson suggested I either gift or sell them and buy the Pro series, which costs $110 more. Please note, this is not about the money; it’s about the fit for my ear anatomy.

How is it that Apple decides the average ear canal size and deems that the norm? After spending $135 on new headphones, I cannot use them or return them. Steve Jobs would roll over in his grave out of shame for the company he built and the service he strived to achieve.

Terrible Experience at Apple Store Pal Alto

I had an awful experience at the Apple Store in Pal Alto in university ave, and the manager, Matt, was the primary reason. I came in with a simple question about a product, and I noticed that one of the boxes on display was already open. When I politely asked if I could get a discount on the opened item, Matt immediately accused me of opening the box myself, which I definitely did not do! His attitude was unprofessional, defensive, and downright rude.

What made this even more frustrating was that I had come from the Apple Store at Stanford Mall, where I had a great experience. They even recommended I visit this location for help, but I absolutely regret taking their advice.

If you're looking for good customer service, I highly suggest avoiding this store at all costs and going to the one at Stanford Mall instead.

Very bad service. The receptionist has no technical knowledge at all. Because what I want to repair is the problem of missing pixels on the screen. He used his own eyes, only his glasses to see, without using any professional tools to identify. He just thinks that if he can't see it, it doesn't exist. He can decide that it is not eligible for insurance warranty? ? His attitude is very bad, he should at least tell me if he can't see the pixel problem, where can I help solve this problem? As a result, he said he doesn't care. I asked him his name, he didn't even have the courage to tell me his name. But I remember his ugly face with glasses. Just like his heart!

Our experience with Jojo was absolutely wonderful! He was incredibly helpful and genuinely nice, providing exceptional customer service throughout. He patiently answered all our questions and guided us in making the best choices. We had a great time chatting with him, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate all his help!

I was searching store inventory in the middle of the night & discovered that Palo Alto was the only store location that had my iPhone 16 Pro Max, White 1TB available for in-store pick up. I immediately canceled my pre-order avoiding delivery to my home & ordered again. Although I didn't get the email with store pick up instructions, I was able to get all that info in the Apple Store app by clicking on my order. When I finally made it to the location I couldn't have asked for a better experience. There was quite a bit of a crowd, so I just made my way over to order pick up. I was nicely greeted right away & since I already had the code ready to be scanned the gentleman said my order will be out soon. I sat for maybe 2 minutes & then he brought over my order, we double checked everything and I was good to go. The entire experience couldn't have gone any better. In fact it was perfect!

Stopped by just to browse new products, and Sue was very friendly. She was kind to everyone that walked in, and welcomed them with a cheery smile and greeting. We made an appointment to try the Vision Pro, since the ones on display are just models. Store was clean and relatively empty for a Sunday mid-morning.

My sales rep knew a lot but was very pushy about certain products, add-ons after I politely said no thanks, she kept on pushing the product.
I went with a buying mindset but I don't like when I'm pushed so I decided to go to another store where my wishes are respected.

Previously you could go to an Apple Store and someone would help within 5-10 minutes. Now it takes 45 minutes to an hour. I went to the Palo Alto Apple Store yesterday, and gave up after waiting 45 minutes. Today I checked in, was told that someone would help me within 30 minutes, and left in frustration after 1 hour.

Unless you have to speak with someone in person, I'd recommend purchasing online, or purchase another computer brand from a company whose customer service is better.
