This store is completely unorganized! Did 2 online orders at separate times and each time employees would be dumbfounded at the time of pickup. The first time I received an email confirmation stating the order was ready for pickup, once I arrived I was told they didn't have the order and to wait while they stood in a circle talking and laughing. The second time the order was never put in the system for pickup and it was well over 24 hours so I called the store to confirm and was told "just come on in it's ready" again once I arrived I was asked twice what's the order name and what was the order. One of the employees kind of laughed and said "oh wow I never put the order in!" This store could have great potential if the staff were more attentive. The store wasn't packed so that's not an excuse for me having to wait almost 15 mins to pickup an order. My daughter loves this store so it's kind of disappointing or even scary to have to deal with placing an order here.

Ripping kids off just to make sales... money hungry manager ! No shame , poor knowledge about good respectful customer service. More bad things to blame this small town for ! Hoping they open a new one! New management though.
