Despite all our preparations, our water pump failed on our second day away from home. This service centre was recommended to us, so we went there without an appointment, on a day when they were carrying out their annual inventory check. Even so, one of the engineers, Guillaume, had a quick look and confirmed that the pump had failed. We went back first thing the next day and a replacement fitted within an hour. Great service, highly recommend. Footnote: the new water pump is working far better than the original ever did!

An excellent service! Whilst starting our tour of northern France the fridge on our motorhome stopped working. We arrived without an appointment and expected to have to wait for a few days to be seen. We were greeted by Guillaume (maybe not correct spelling!) one of the engineers who speaks English and he immediately started to investigate. After about 2 hours he had the fridge working again and clearly explained what was wrong and what needed to repaired. A very reasonable price for a very important piece of equipment in a motorhome! Highly recommend should you need assistance! Thank-you!

My boyfriend and I had a spontaneous emergency with our rental camper and we received active and attentive help. Despite the language barrier, Maxim looked after us in a friendly manner and tried very hard. Thank you again for the quick help!

Called in at jousse today as we had a faulty tap on our campervan, we were greeted by a lovely man called Fabrice who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and fixed our problem very quickly,I would highly recommend jousse as they were very polite , nothing was to much trouble and the bonus was he spoke very good English, thankyou again for all your help.
