Worst dealership/repair shop ever, they will rob you big time. I took my truck for pacific repairs and told them what’s wrong with the truck, jamming trailer brakes, cruise control, ABS lights in the dash. After 3days of waiting, “they said truck is repaired” went and picked up the truck next day. I tried my cruise control and did not work. I called right away, “ 15 minutes after I picked up my truck” and she said, it’s Saturday no one can take a look at your truck today and has to be on Monday so I took the truck back to the yard, hooked up one of the trailer and drove about 5 miles and trailer brakes were smoking. I called her back and told her, hey truck has same issues what it had before the repairs and I paid $1556.49 just to have my truck sit in your shop for 3 days. I was told to bring it back on Monday so I did. After few hours later they emailed me another estimate “$550” to hook up the computer again. I called and asked, hey this is the same issue what you guys had repaired 2days ago and charged me $1556.49, shouldn’t be that under warranty and shop supervisor said NO. I will definitely seek legal advice. People, take your truck to your local shop. Definitely will not recommend these people. They’re thieves.

They set my appt 7am for a windshield didnt have it completed till roughly 11am then were not done calibrating till 1430 on top of it all technician used up all but 5hrs of my HOS clock driving on it after I had left it in off duty they need to do some sort of training for the employees here would not recommend

Adrian is the guy to go to there! I called asking for a part and guy told me it was on back order everywhere. I called Adrian and he looked up the part and did some deeper research and found the part there at the facility!

Came in to get a bracket for our passenger side step. Silas was super helpful and knowledgeable. We then decided to look at seats for our truck since we were there. They had as good of a selection as we have seen in any store. Not too good about online shopping for certain things before touching and seeing quality. Both Silas and Ty brought seats down so my wife could test them out. They gave pros and cons for each option.
We chose our seats and was given a fair price. While attempting to install said new seats we needed some new parts. Ty to the rescue all while being friendly and efficient.
When we weren’t able to complete the job ourselves we asked for a local shop to swap out our seats and they gave a recommendation and even called them to see when we could be worked in.
We will definitely use this shop again when we are in need of parts

After three other shops and thousands of dollars spent and three and a half months they found the problem and was fixed in a few hours. My truck will never go anyplace else than Keyes Truck Center from now on. Thank you very much for all your help guys you truly helped me when all others could not. Thanks again "Enrique" and all of the service dept. Great Job!!
