Unfortunately, my experience was a bad one. The main issue is that my plan was altered at this location without my knowledge or approval causing my monthly fees to double. The wait was hours long, but you have no choice when it comes to your phone.

Oh My God! Kendall Vaughhan, I can not describe in writing. So professional, knowlegeable, friendly, NOT a rippoff like others! extremely helpful. We were in and out to get a new phone . Absolutely amazing sales representative! We need more of this professional, truthful and kind people in the world and certainly in Verizon. Thank you Kendall, you are amazing and fast! The customer service I received from Anthony last week was stellar. After a rocky start with my new phone not transitioning correctly- Super stressful when we rely on our phones for so much now. He welcomed me in close the end of his shift & was able to get my phone up & running. His calm demeanor, knowledge & helpfulness, were truly appreciated! I will return to this store, after a less than desirable experience in another Verizon store.
