I should have read the reviews first ☹️. The staff was kind and they did supply me a loaner phone, but after spending $200 to replace my screen, less than a month later it is already bleeding around the front-facing camera. I took it back and to the owner and he told me I put it in water (not true) and the next day I brought it back to the tech and he said I must have deliberately pressed on the front facing camera to cause this problem (also did not happen). They basically could not agree on what was wrong only that it could not have been their product. They offered to replace the screen for $174, not pay for labor. In my opinion they looked for every way not to honor their "warranty", to blame the customer and not take responsibility for their work. Cannot recommend, won't be back.

Went to see about buying a new phone for my son when his broke.. being on a budget I really couldn't afford at the moment to put out the kind of money for the phone my son wanted. Instead of letting a customer leave disappointed a clerk asked if he could see my son's phone. He looked at it, told us they could repair the broken charging port. I was so relieved I wasn't going to have to pay a ton of money for a new phone & leave empty handed
I asked the clerk if there was any way they could come down on the repair charge & to my surprise he agreed & we worked out a VERY FAIR price! We got it back less than 24 hours later in working condition! Son is very happy, which makes mom a happy lady ? we just had this done a few days ago so if anything changes like if the work is shoddy I will let everyone know trust me. So far so good ?
This place has tons of accessories, phones, & do repairs as well! Staff & owner are super friendly, very knowledgeable.

First I call to see if they have an iPhone 13. They check & said yes. They said they weren't allowed to talk prices over the phone. Then they said they would work with people. So I drive down there. I said I'm looking for an iPhone 13. The lady said I don't know if I have that. I said I just called & you said you did. She went over & said yeah we do. I said how much. She said $700! I immediately turn around to walk out. She said why how much were you going to pay. I said I can buy this same used phone for half that on Back market online. She said I just want to warn you a lot of places sell you blacklisted phones. I said I've bought from them before. So they want to tell me a reputable seller online may sell me a blacklisted phone, but this hole in the wall in Phoenix who wasted my time, wants to sell me a phone for double? I don't think so. What a scam.

This store is running many scams. One of them being an ups access point where they steal your packages if they deem them worthy of value. They stole 3 packages from me worth over $1000 each.

Scam that’s all I can say. If you don’t know how to do your job please close it down. Just to fix water damage cost me $300 and it only work for a day.
