I purchased a product from this company on ebay and they have been more then helpful to resolve a situation with my order. Unfortunately it did not work out and going to have to return what I received but recommend this shop for being very helpful and responsive

Rolling through town and needed some work done, had to wait a week for gearing parts then another week for more bearing instal parts after the job started, got the Jeep back while waiting on more differential parts and the final work to be done but my calls and texts were never returned. Called and texted daily for two weeks with zero reply. Had to order new parts and have someone else complete the job. Update, “owner” says I was never a customer so I added a pic of my Jeep in the bay waiting to be worked on.

I have been dealing with this guy's for a while now, so far I have not gotten any issues. Delivery times have fluctuated due to shortages and the pandemic had one of my orders delayed, but I was kept informed the whole time. Unfortunately lately it's the waiting game with suppliers taking forever to send product to then be sold. They have treated me well and they have my business. To the team at AZ off-road & performance, you have my thanks for taking care of me and my rig with great customer service and good prices.

Originally found this place on a Craigslist add. I was amazed when Rob told me they had my item in stock. Was a small drive for me to get to the shop but it was fully worth it. Not only was my JCR rock-sliders in stock. They were a very fair price. Had talked about what I wanted to accomplish and the build order I needed to do to keep it within my budget. They didn't try to oversell me. I have never had such a good customer service from any of the other off-road outfitters in Phoenix as I have had here. They have a permanent customer for all my future items. I will continue to shop at AZ Off-Road and Performance for all my future build needs.

Great support!
I purchased an axle truss (JCR) for an Chrysler 8.25 rear end in Feb 2019. It's Feb. 2020 and I just got around to rebuilding the axle and went to fit it and it was for a Dana 44. While it's not ideal that I received the wrong part many companies would have left me hanging when I figured out a year later that something was wrong... Thanks for making it easy and for the quick turnaround guys!!!

Ordered front adj jks track bar for my tj, and it arrived 4 days early! The item was packed well and in fine shape. Didnt need to speak to anyone , as for there were zero issues. I love companies like this that hold up there end and deliver what you expected. I am planning on ordering more items including rear track bar , sway bar links...ect. But extream trn is still holding my refund from incorrect parts shipped to me and returned and also gave me an eta of dec3 on the very same front track bar?. WISH I USED AZ OFFROAD FIRST.
