I cannot say enough great things and the superior customer service at the Anthem outlet Columbia store. All of the staff are very knowledgeable, kind, courteous, helpful and very friendly. Nina, Tanner and Avery deserve special mention as well as all of the other employees at the Columbia store in Anthem. Columbia should be very proud to have such phenomenal staff working and representing their store. The quality of their products especially shoes are high quality and comfortable compared to many other brands. The deals that they have and great selection is better than most other Columbia stores. I highly recommend this store if you are in the area as you will not be disappointed. From Canada.

Nina provided excellent customer service. Each time I have gone in there the entire staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of styles, colors and sizes. The overall experience is outstanding at this location.

Pretty good. I liked the fact that because of Halloween the outlet mall was doing a trick or treat in all of the stores!! There was also many sales! Wouldn't recommend it for children though because the clothes are very mature.

Just a heads up that if you want a coupon off your purchase you will have to leave the store and walk all the way back to the food court?

How many mom's with 2 little kids want to do that?

We eventually did happen to walk past the food court, and I popped by and guess what

There were no coupons. (LOL)

I live over 100 miles away and we usually stop by for a purchase. Spent over $350.00 and no coupon! Wish more retailers would offer a solution to this. Would not have killed him to offer me one.
