This pawn shop should be avoided at all costs! They try to take advantage of all sellers and buyers. Read previous buyers that have had issues for similar problems that I had. They do not care about their customer service and try to lie to get every penny they want. I had a problem with them via ebay and since then they have verbally harassed me to do whatever they want. Majority of their good reviews on this store are from themselves so AT ALL COSTS AVOID THIS PAWN SHOP AND GO TO ANY OTHERS!!!!!

Had an absolutely awful experience with this business via their eBay store. I tried to reach out to the seller and was completely ignored, when I post my experience on a review on eBay, I was insulted as though the customer is the problem. All of the negative reviews this business gets on eBay are just responded to by bashing the customer and insulting them. Completely unprofessional, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Go literally anywhere else.
Highly unprofessional (and just plain rude) clerk. Ignored me for as long as he could when I first came in, told me they only accept cash despite the fact that he was standing behind a POS system that listed the cards they took, and then THREW my purchase at me and called me something under his breath.

If I could give him zero stars I would. We took my husbands snap on tools for a loan which was over worth over $900 because they were new never used and we had receipts. He looked then up and offered $50 for each and told my husband he had seen them sold for under $100 each, which didn't make any sense because why would he offer $50 for something that only costs $100? Plus he was looking at used incomplete sets not new sets. Snap On does not even sell the master set any longer because it's more expensive to sell them separately which makes the set all the more valuable. We took them to another shop in the Rancho Cucamonga area and they gave us a $280.00 Loan. BG thinks we're pushovers and doesn't offer a fair price to Loan and try's to cheat their own residents. So sad that when you need a bit of help some people can be like leaches and take advantage to drain every bit of blood from you. Worst Pawn Shop ever
