Associates don’t really care and don’t seem interested in providing good customer service. Store broke my MacBook Pro while trying to fix an issue and, although they did fix what they say they caused, the device is now broken again and they refuse to give me any trade in credit for a new one. You still need to wait 30 minutes even though you have an appointment with the Genius Bar and the associates never smile or try to make you seem like a valued customer.

The staff at the store is actually garbage. It's ridiculous that the store manager and many others. Do not help you when it's your appointment time. They help everybody else that comes in behind you and you over here. Somebody say your appointment time is after yours and then they ask you what time your appointment was. After speaking to the online support team in the sales department, I explained to them that the keyboard that was purchased is not fully functional with the iPad that was purchased, and they will not do with the surgical team online said they would do is overwrite the 14 day policy. I've been buying some Apple for 13 years and I adore the product as many we know, but I definitely don't adore the staff in the store. It's definite garbage Davina Griffin, the security in here it's horrible. It's nowhere no wonder but after 500 some reviews they still only have a 2 1/2 stars. They're the worst out of all the Apple stores. It is ridiculous that they feel like they can treat people like this. When you ask for a senior store manager and she's walking around, but you're told that she's not available that's absurd. I've now filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau. I've also filed a complaint with the city of Roseville. Yeah it's time to see the staff get overhaul. If you're buying from us if you're buying from an Apple Store, I would definitely go to Arden fair mall I would definitely go to San Francisco. I would go to any store about this store.

Well, went back there to pick up my warranty case because I had to order it through the store and another horrible experience. This one with a representative by the name of Megan. Megan was just as argumentative and very unprofessional as the last manager Griffin. Every time I go in there to speak with the regular senior store manager, it’s convenient that she’s never there. Does this store manager even work in the store? The store manager‘s name is Davina And never seems to be there.

Had an appointment but due to long lines to check in my appointment was cancelled. Had to wait two hours. Once it was my turn, the technician only 5 minutes to get my information and send off my AirPod Max for repair. I don’t understand why there was such a long wait time for something that could be done in less than 5 minutes ? I had better experiences at Arden Apple and would suggest going to Arden.

visited store no one waited on us for 40 min never acknowledged. when serviced and ready to buy a lap top and phone both were not in stock. Their snoozing to be well stocked cost them nearly a $3,000 dollar sale. We will not be back to purchase any of our 12 apple devices we will buy else ware. Only one star because store was clean.

I am beyond frustrated with the service at this location. Initially, everything seemed fine—I was greeted professionally as soon as I walked in, no complaints there. I came in to get my iPhone 12 Pro’s battery replaced for $89.99. I dropped off my phone at 3 PM and was told it would be ready by 6 PM. However, when I returned at 8 PM, I was informed that when the technician tried to remove the screen, it cracked slightly. Because it was a third-party screen, Apple refused to replace the battery, fearing they might damage the screen further. So, they didn’t fix the battery, and instead, I was told that I’d have to purchase a new screen because it might crack more during the battery replacement.

To make matters worse, I was then advised to just disregard this phone altogether because it's "old" and not worth investing in anymore, suggesting I use it as a backup and upgrade instead. I do not want to upgrade—I came in for a simple battery replacement for $89.99, and now I’m being told I have to pay almost $400 in total. How does this make any sense? I walk in for a battery replacement and end up with a cracked screen and an outrageous bill. This is completely unacceptable!

Courteous, knowledgeable, helpful staff with an excellent customer service ethic. They saved my iPad Pro by repairing the charge port and at no charge! I made an appointment and I was helped promptly at the appointed time. Couldn’t ask for more. Also I was given very good advice about other products of interest. This store sets the standard!
