I can highly recommend the Folsom Fleet Feet store. Alanna, the person who took care of me on this visit was great. In this case, I wasn't even buying shoes, just insoles and laces. But she happily set my shoes up with them for me. This is the same kind of helpful service I always get from the Folsom Fleet Feet store. I went into the store needing an arch support because my right knee has been causing a lot of pain. The girl was very nice, explaining how she was going to determine the size of shoe insert that I needed. She answered all my questions. I was impressed that a certain piece of equipment was used to determine the size of arch that I needed. It was also nice that there was a 60 day return policy for a full refund if I wasn't completely satisfied.
