I admit, I had a super small job and they turned it around in two days flat - but they ruined a $65 hoodie and the $20 worth of twill letters/numbers I brought in for them to heat press onto it. There's a permanent wrinkle in one of the numbers, the letters are unevenly spaced, and both the letters and the numbers are crooked. I'm devastated - I paid them $20 to permanently ruin my son's birthday present. We were going to take this hoodie to Michigan so his favorite hockey player could autograph it and now I'm not even sure I can bring myself to give it to him. Negative stars. Their work is shoddy and I am furious about it.

Don't trust them with your stuff.

I have been doing business with Kelly and the crew at Sew Cal for about 5 years now. I had worked with many embroidery shops over the years and had never found anyone like Sew Cal. I have had various embroidered hats, polos, and other apparel done. They have great pricing and no matter what my project is, I know I can trust that they are going to do a great job and won’t let me down.

Not happy with their website. To get a quote or an idea of what a shirt or a dozen shirts will cost, it requires me to create an account. I don't have time for that. It should be an option, not a must. Poor salesy approach. Total turn off.

I ordered some company shirts (100) the employee took the order wrong and made it 200 shirts and she didn't even offer to fix it said it was my miscommunication because their employees wrote my order wrong and no one checked before printing 200 shirts wrong, the logo was in a wrong color, the best they could do was offer me some free hats or discount my next order..I was told the employee had a substance abuse problem and they had ruined multiple orders, but she wasn't offering to fix the botched orders. Btw my order was originally about $600, she made me take all th shirts and charged me $1500!
At one time they saved me lots of money on my sons uniform shirts for school, as well as printing my company shirts. I was very satisfied then they had an employee with a substance issue that ruined my order, that was her excuse for it and no offer of any sort to make it right.
The place smells inside slightly offensive to the nose, I won't say what I think it sells like

I have personally taken over 20 shirts to Sew Cal to have my company's logo put on. I have brought in 1 before, but usually 3-4 at a time. It may help that they have done many more for the company I work for. But, I always get prompt and very courteous service with the multiple people I've encountered at the front counter.

I am not happy with their customer service. On there website it says "no job too small." So I figured they would be able to make one shirt for me. When I got there they told me they could not make one shirt and had a minimum order of shirts required. What bothered me the most is that they were not polite in explaining this. Every time I went in to the store they talked to me and other customers like we completely inconvenienced them. Maybe they should change their website slogan.
