Julie & Jen at Stevenson’s are amazing! I brought in my mothers old ring & they designed a beautiful diamond necklace and found the perfect topaz stone to complete the ring for my daughters wedding, something old, something new, something blue. I've grown up in the jewelry industry and experienced the rudest customer service at this shop. I wanted to feel the convenience of going to a jewelry supply shop for a project I am doing but today I was made to feel like a totally inconvenients when asked for simply soldier. Was incredibly rude for a simple miscommunication. Was willing to spend more money for more product but denied because it was inconvenient, even though taking a pair of shears and cutting off a bit more soldier is really a simple and easy request when it comes down to it. Thought this place would be helpful but was totally disappointed. I would love a response to why you felt so justified to be so rude to me. I was being very nice and respectful the whole time.
As someone who grew up in a jewelry stop my family would never treat our customers so rudely.

I came in for a simple watch battery, loved the mom and pop vibes of the store. Ended up talking with the owners for 20 minutes about the ol' mining days, they were super friendly and interesting people. It was a real joy and unique experience to stop by here. I will be coming back here for any jewelry gifts or things I need!
