I've had an awful experience with Seals Watch Company. I paid my 50% deposit for a Sea Storm model way back in 2021. After numerous delays (which still appear to be ongoing here in 2022 as best I can tell) I asked for a refund of my deposit. The one time that someone actually replied to one my repeated inquiries (about a year into this dreadful experience), I was told that I would not be refunded based on the company's terms of sale. That is unacceptable when you can't even deliver your product within 6 months of your planed delivery schedule. I'm not about to double-down on this bad investment in the hopes an actual watch ever shows up. The company doesn't even have a phone number where you can register a complaint. Good luck to any future purchasers.
Updated February 14, 2022 You are still not listening to your customer. As repeatedly stated, I am seeking a refund on my deposit. My deposit assumed a spring 2021 delivery (i.e., not 2022). I am not interested in paying any additional money to a company that can't deliver as promised, does not respond to my inquiries, and only responds to public Google reviews. Why am I even having to discuss this in this forum?
