Since I’m new to dispensaries, I’ve decided to tour different ones. I needed to get something for a friend, so I researched websites of dispensaries close to Plymouth. Three came up in Placerville with good reviews. I picked Sacred Roots because they had tshirts. I was treated professionally and walked through some things that I’m still learning. I’ve had good service at most dispensaries but I’d say the Sacred Roots crew was top of my list so far. I ended up with a hoodie instead of a shirt. But I’m extremely pleased and will be back. Even the security guy was very cordial.

Not very friendly when it comes to browsing they want you in and out. in other words, you should know what you need before arriving and parking is slim if you find a spot Congratulations! You will not be able to back out until someone else is done with they're shopping.

Friendly staff. Located downtown so it's going to be busy. Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff. Not the cheapest but the great experience

Pretty upset with this store. Been going there for a year. There customer service has gotten worse. The security guy was such a prock this time i peeled out of their driveway.
I use to enjoy shopping there but now ill never go back. So I ended up at Chucks Wellness Center.
They care about their guests and actually show it.
Sacred roots lost all my business and the people that I introduced there are leaving with me.
If they actually cared about their guests and customer service they would know exactly how many people I personally brought to their store. They lost it all because of a bad attitude security guard with authority issues and horrible customer service.

I asked for sativa finished with a mix of amber and clear, brandon was on it and located gelonade by ember valley. very happy w/this flower.
