I just came from Bootbarn I was waiting to pay while the workers were just talking so then I go to the other side closer to the cashiers to pay and someone else literally just walks into the store and the cashier just offered to help them
Instead of me knowing I was there standing, I don’t know her name but she was wearing a flannel and she has short black hair. That’s just sad that these workers ignored me because they were to busy talking.

I usually frequent the Stockton chapter, but while running errands for something completely different I snuck on in...amazing, as usual the staff was welcoming and friendly. The store was tidy and stocked. I even managed to leave with this adorable jacket to keep me toasty and fashionable this holiday season and everyday thereafter..

WARNING not sanitary!!! If you want to walk into a dust storm and then have staff hover over you while you sit by the shoes while you wait on the fitting rooms then this place will not disappoint. This dust ball was right at eye level on in the front shelf, don’t look like staff has much to do but wander aimlessly. Management take notes.

I went in bought a new hat and wanted to get it shaped and basically they did it while I waited and did it the way I wanted. The staff while incredibly busy was very nice and accommodating.
