Wow we are so happy with our new upgrades! Verizon will take your old phone no matter what condition it is and give you a pretty good credit.
Usually every time we upgrade we hate the long wait and the whole process. Kevin the manager was super helpful , he explained all the changes very well and he answered all our questions .
This location just opened a few days ago FYI they are by pavilions or the fountain I guess . If you need a new phone and a better plan check them out !

Originally posted a 5 star review for our experience in getting new phones. Until we turn in our phones and get our first bill, and uncover three things that they incorrectly quoted that have costed us over $400.

1. They guaranteed $1,000 phone credit. We turned them in and got $830 with nothing they could do even though this was their mistake. Well the $170 is now being charged to me monthly.
2. $35 activation fee. I was told my monthly charge would be $5 for my phone per month. Weird when I got a charge $35 higher and they never mentioned I’d see that on my first bill. Verizon (not the store) is giving a $17.50 credit. Great.
3. They promised a $25 gift card in exchange for a review which I was happy to do after a positive experience (which included 100% disclosure about what I’d be responsible for paying). 6 weeks later after the review and the gift cards never came.

I’ve probably spent 6 hours in this store over two visits. Hours wasted with no resolution. They get their 5 star review, and I’m out money. I’m happy to pay for what I owe, but not when I’m lied to about it and there’s nothing that can be done to right any wrongs on behalf of the store.

Although the process took longer than expected, Shawn was patient and worked VERY hard to get me a good deal and work out our logistics problem. I really appreciate the time and effort that was put forth to make me happy. I will definitely come back here again and refer my friends. Thanks Shawn - sorry you missed lunch ?

This place is a total scam. They told us we could update our iPhones at a cost of only $200, if we traded in our phones and upgraded our plan. Well, when the bill came, we were charged $370. Went in to clarify the issue and the store said the Unlimited Plus plan we chose was not eligible for the $200 upgrade. They totally did a bait and switch.

The store also told us if we left a review, we would receive a $25 gift card. Two months later and we still haven’t received our gift card.

Save your self the time and money, and go to an authorized Verizon retail store and avoid these crooks.
