Sub Culture has amazing customer service ,and offers a wide variety of good Name Brand clothing such as Santa Crus, Metal Mulisha, Fox, Fasthouse, FMF, Creature, Thrasher, LRG and much more. They also offer a wide variety of skate products, jewelery, glasses etc. In the back they also have an amazing ,and large selection of glass as well as plenty of other adult products in the back. Definitely worth coming in and checking out their selection. Especially considering most items have a Buy One Get One half off deal that can be mixed and matched with almost everything in the store.

I went into the smoke shop and went to the counter to buy some rolling papers and even though there was two guys behind the counter no one asked if they could help me. They stood there and talked about how one of them couldn’t get health insurance for about two minutes. I turned around and walked out. As I was leaving one of them said have a good day. Too little too late. I went to dark side and got my papers from some one who wanted to help me.

Super nice on the phone. Lied to me when I went in and claimed the clip for when it clearly doesn't. I went to use it and started heating it and the tip broke. I then went to get the tip replaced bc well they sold me a chipped one that broke B4 I could use it! (Ive bought a few glasses with chips that are fine today so I didn't think anything of it despite t's unfortunate) they refused to give me a replacement and told me it looked like it had been used. First and last time buying anything from here. (Edit: the manager called me today and totally rectified the situation she was super nice and personable ended up replacing the whole thing due to finding more chips. Will be going back now thank you for your help Ms manager.)

I Was driving by and saw out of the corner of my eye a "Rebel 8" decal from the front of the store front. I went in and the store was great. Had a nice selection of clothing, many named brands, great glass work, and they were both friendly and helpful. I'm from Vacaville, and I will be making more trips up this way to shop. Great Business!
