Purchased an item 22 days ago. I have been traveling. Would not give me a return or even store credit. Then as I walked out, the young lady laughed and said "have a nice day". Great business acumen. There is a reason no one shops in their stores anymore. I hope that my future business was worth the $109. What a joke !

A Ring doorbell, that I had installed just over a year ago stopped working. I'm a Total Tech Support Member. First, it seems that what I pay for the plan increased while the benefits decreased. The knowledgeable Geek Squad is no longer available to do at-home installations. It is now handled by independent contractors. The removal of the bad doorbell, turning it in personally at the store in exchange for a new one, and installation of it are three separate and distinct steps is not as convenient as it should have been. Even with my 2 year protection plan, I still had to pay $149 plus tax for the installation of the new one. In fact, I was originally charged incorrectly for an installation for the removal of the doorbell, because the woman I spoke with on the phone put it down as an install when she already knew it was supposed to be a repair/removal. I had to call back to get that charge credited.
All this to say, I am questioning whether or not to renew the Total Tech Support Protection Plan.

This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a store. They literally ruined my son’s birthday. He was all excited to get his new TV with his birthday money and at no time, anywhere during the sell did they tell us it couldn’t lay down in our pickup truck until the truck was already pulled up. It was at this time they conveniently let us know that even though it would fit perfectly, those TVs are too thin to lay down and it would damage it and if that happens, we would just be out the $1600 because they wouldn’t take it back. They did offer to ship it to us if we paid an extra $110. Not one apology, no waving the shipping fee. Absolutely dirty and shady. Nothing but greed and fleecing the customers. I was then told I couldn’t speak to a manager because they wouldn’t do anything about the situation. I was also told we couldn’t complain to corporate because it would just go to some guy in India and then in the trash. They were disgustingly unprofessional. I manage a hotel and are gearing up to do a renovation soon. We were planning to possibly purchase all 80+ TVs from Best Buy in Rogers, now I will never shop here again and neither will my hotels. I will make sure to send every customer I get somewhere else when asked. This is why retail stores are going to go out of business when competing against online shopping. Everyone we dealt with should lose their job for their disgusting customer service.

Went in to try to get my wife a phone later at night, over an hour and half before they closed. Went in and saw 3 employees (at the front) and maybe a total of 2 customer in the store.

We asked for assistance on a phone and the guy said they were unable to do phone activations because they “had 3 new hires call in” so they were unable to assist with phone activations. Just found it odd that there were 2 employees standing around but they were unable to assist. Needless to say we went and got the phone elsewhere.

In a 30 minute visit I got asked if they could help me 9 times. That means I totaled more than once per person on the floor. Hard to even read or research for a moment without being interrupted. Maybe pay enough attention to know you've offered help. I also let them know I didn't need any help but kept getting asked. Even the person I spoke to returned to ask if I was sure.... Despite me telling it I use to install these for a living and didn't need help.

Good overall selection of electronics and some appliances. If you need something specific, they may not carry it.
PC selection is decent but monitors and other accessories are limited.
Tons of TVs and accessories for them.
Good cell phone selection and accessories.

I’ve dropped in twice during their remodel for items for the office. I’m not concerned with the remodel, I understand that there’s a necessary element of mess during that process however both situations have been so remarkably unfriendly, and unhelpful with the staff that I have left to buy from other places. There is simply no need to go to a place like Best Buy these days when Amazon and other large retailers have the same items, often for cheaper, and at less hassle unless there is the desire for the shopper to have the ability to shop around a bit or the need for some level of customer service. This store has essentially let both of those two things go leaving me to do what most of the shopper base is doing, simply buying online. As much as I love to support Local economy and jobs this particular store doesn’t seem too concerned with keeping customers and I’m more than happy to spend the same money, for the same items elsewhere.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is the sales associate who helped with the purchase. Otherwise, I would have given 0 stars. Connor is a great asset to the store. Connor deserves 5 stars. He's a good sales associate. He's a very professional young man.

Then, customer service gets involved, and they deserve 0 stars. Customer service almost blew off the entire order. I bought a large TV and sound bar with delivery and installation. Was supposed to be delivered Monday. Customer service changed it to first to 1 month out, then second to 2 months out. Not because of the TV but the sound bar. They told me this during the 3rd call. I canceled the order for the sound bar. I saw the box containing the sound bar on the sales floor shelf. Now the TV is being delivered Thursday.

The TV was delivered on Thursday. It's a nice TV. The guys who delivered and installed the TV made up for the horrible customer service experience. They were nice, professional, and knowledgeable. They deserve 5 stars.

I'll just order a sound bar from Amazon and plug it in myself.
