First of all this store is gorgeous and I love the products here.
I spent a good amount of money here, the clothing was of a high quality and flattering to most body types. I got a leopard kimono cardigan that I wear often as well as perfume that I love. The location is amazing and the decor was beautiful. Bonnie helped me through most of my time there and was an excellent sales woman but she isn't there anymore unfortunately.
I noticed the cleanliness immediately, the floors were very dirty and the store had quite a thick layer of dust everywhere. A professional cleaner 1-2 times a month would surely be sufficient and a de-clutter. The sale shoe boxes in the front with sharpie on them is an eyesore for such a lovely place.
The customer service was attentive although the older sales woman didn't seem to want to be bothered helping me try on shoes so although I would have purchased a pair I didn't really enjoy feeling like I was bothering her. I don't want to feel like a nuisance when I want to try product on.
Once the sale was complete the small talk ended which made me feel like they just wanted my money vs being authentically friendly.
The owner can be very friendly and sweet when she feels like it but the consistency would probably help customers feel like she really cares. I think treating all customers equally whether they seem like they will make a purchase or not would help make people want to spend more money here as well as tell all their friends about the most fab store on the lake.
I am curious to see if the management steps it up and employees trained to be better at customer service because its a great spot with tons of potential.

Absolutely LOVE this store! There is also a location in Reno, both are wonderful! Great costume service and beautiful clothes and accessories! I’ve been a long time customer and continue to come back! Shopping their is an amazing experience. Everyone is so attentive and honest so I never leave disappointed or not loving everything I’ve purchased! Definitely a place to check out if you’re in Tahoe City you won’t be disappointed!

My daughter and her cousins visited this store this past weekend. My daughter was told by an employee that she saw her steal a necklace and it was in my daughters back pocket. My daughter denied taking anything and the lady grabbed my daughter by the arm. My daughter empties all pockets to show that she didn’t take anything. The lady then told them to get out and not come back. Let me just say that had I been there you would have a lot more to deal with the a necklace. How dare you put your hands on my daughter. Call the police if you believe she stole something. By the way the necklace was found exactly where my daughter told you she left it. HORRIBLE!! I will make sure to share this experience with as many as I can!!

I ordered 2 dresses Dec. 5th and promptly returned them because they did not fit. I have yet to receive a refund after being promised numerous times, by Lisa (the owner), that she would handle it. It has been 4 months ago that I spent $592 and Lisa won't even give me the courtesy of a phone call. I've never experienced such horrible customer service.

The clothes caught my eye when my friend and I were walking past so we decided to go in and take a look. We walked in and got a very half-hearted welcoming. They judged us as soon as we walked in and treated us like they would shoplifters. We proceeded to look around the store and browse but we felt uncomfortable being there. The employees tended to move near the sections we walked to and watched us like hawks the entire time. We kept being asked if we needed help but not in an inviting and helpful way, it was snarky and seemed like they wanted us to leave. I’m not impressed with their hospitality and would like to be treated respectfully especially if I were to spend money on their expensive clothing. I love the stuff they carried in the store but will not be returning.

Love the clothing at this store but will only shop when the owner is not there. The owner is rude, should read her review responses for grammar and typos, and speaks loudly to her employees to demean customers while they are shopping. For example, I was looking at clothing but not seeing sizes so I pulled out tags to see. Later when I was in the fitting room, she owner told her employees to go tuck the tags back in because "they knew why." I don't care about the price if it's not in my size.

This place is amazing! I always go in for one thing and end up leaving with something I become obsessed with. The ladies working there are the best! By far my favorite shop in Tahoe! Super cute stuff!

I am trying to contact them now for a week
I ordered online and got the kimono in the wrong colorway and wrong sizing
Cannot get hold of them and they dont respond ob the message left on the answering machine or the emails. Emails are not delivered
Not happy at all with their service
Paid 194 dollars !!! No one is answering

I cannot get hold of you and I have no spam on this mailadres. I dont know how to get in contact with you and if there is no answer on the mails and no phonenumber that is working then I am sending nothing back for a refund or a size change. I can only communicate trough a review page? let me know how to contact or call you please

By the way, then you dont take the money if you dont have the order in the right size or in the right color. You just sent a wrong size and color?
