They closed for renovation the day before my pickup order was scheduled to be ready. They told me the store would be open on the 26th of April, and it wasn’t. Then they said come back May 2nd, and I did, and it was still closed. Now they’re telling me to come back next Monday. This is all after they lost my order in transit. Overall this store has done nothing but waste my time.

This American Eagle location is always really well organized, clean, and the staff is so helpful!

Last time I was in, sizes were really limited and I was buying jeans for an event that evening. Mackenzie helped me out by looking in the back twice and luckily she found my size.

I was able to exchange my jeans easily for the right size and when I couldn’t find the ones I like the sales rep helped me find a similar pair. Super helpful. Very quality jeans that last years.

Very bad service, I went there to return something, had my receipt ready and the girl working at the counter is asking for my ID, used rude tone to tell me to insert my credit card again and again
