The sales associates are helpful while buying. Some of the work tops are decent quality but I am very disappointed in the jeans. They started to wear thin in 6 months. When I spend so much money on jeans I hope they would last several years. I'll never buy their jeans again.

Ladies were lovely. Pulled great pieces to have now great outfits for work. They were super helpful. Had my 4 year old with me, Shannon brought out some Legos and coloring for him to play with while I shopped. Had a great experience, amazing customer services. Made it a breeze to get some items I really wanted shipped home since they didn't have it available. I got everything I needed. Thank you 🙂

Because the owner/manager of White House Black Market, is such a sweetheart and delightful stylist, I have simply stopped shopping anywhere else but White House Black Market. This place has high quality clothing with sizing that fits a petite frame and makes me feel taller and trending!! Love having this haven! Thank you.

White House Black Market has beautiful high quality clothing. This store in particular has a manager who was very unprofessional when I was there. She was talking very loudly with another customer about some very questionable "views". Views that you don't discuss in public regarding terrible employees, how hard it is to get rid of people etc. She also complained about being tired and never once moved from the front desk. I will purchase online as to avoid giving this location commission they don't deserve. I was very disappointed with my experience.

I couldn't wait to come to Reno to go to the store, and now cannot begin to tell you how disappointed I am! I walked in and there were no customers in there. The two sales people (one named Catherine) wouldn't even greet me with a hello. I had to ask to try something on because they were busy talking about their workday and complaining about customers. I am so disappointed and will never go back! Shame on you women.

Went in the store prepared to buy some jeans and a sweater. Salespeople didn’t say Hello or offer to help. They did do that with the couple who entered ahead of me and the couple that came in after me. But not me. Terrible experience.
