This was the absolute worst experience I had thru AHS or any other service company. First of all it took her 1 week to even sho up. The woman was here for hours. She barely examine Fridge. Left and it’s been another week and she hasn’t returned. called her and she said she was researching. She apparently does have any idea on how to fix it. Over 2 weeks and we still do not have a working. freezer. Do not let this woman in ur house!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please do not ever use this company. I really don't believe this is a legitimate business. The person I dealt with was Mable and she was unprofessional and incompetent. She took my washer out of my residence for repairs for almost a month. I had to constantly call my insurance company American Homeshield to get updates and she would tell a different lie every time she would open her mouth. When my washer was returned it was nasty covered with animal or human hair, dented up, screws missing. She even went to my family member discussing the situation between me and her. Very messy individual.

The only reason I rated it a 1 is because I had to. I cannot began to explain how horrible their service was. Rude and very unprofessional. He sent his wife out to fix our refrigerator and after being here for over an hour, she told me she could not and would not tell me what she did to fix it. I asked her was it fixed and she said she didn't know. DO NOT EVER SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM.

This company is run by an absolute buffoon. The rudest, most ridiculously ignorant person I've ever dealt with in my life. I will upload screenshots shortly but please know that you should never, ever make the mistake of working with this company period.
