I've been putting this off for sometime now, I've given this establishment ample time before writing this to rectify the situation and apparently customer service isn't in their workplace model. It's so sad that this place is so willing to take your money but dosen't deliver on what they say they will do. After buying a set of wheels from the sales person Stewart can't for the life of himself listen to what customer's are telling him I understand that you may have a lot going on but to blatantly disregard what your customers are telling you then that becomes a problem, after telling Stewart what I wanted he kept trying to sell me 18" wheels and I kept having to correct him and remind him what I wanted so after numerous discussions about what I wanted I paid for my order and to my dismay after I got home I realized that he ordered the 18" like bro we spent almost 20 min discussing it and you still couldn't get it right. So after not getting calls about my wheels a few of their staff just failed to even call back after being told they would. So after they arrive I schedule an instalation time and was told about an hour. Well guess what almost 3 hours later I get my truck and no stickers left from my brand new wheels not even the opportunity to have them or not then to make things even worse they installed some old ass janky TPMS valve's. So I called to speak to some management and get a " Regional manager " well as the story goes if the store staff can't call back it must come from somewhere 🤔 Hummmmm I wonder. I spent way too much money here to deal with crappy customer service and horrendous upper management. Called the RM on multiple occasions to rectify the situation and as per our last conversation I was SUPPOSEDLY getting a call back. That was January 10th and it's the 23 and still no response. I'll never spend another dime at this place there is so many more stories that have the same thing, Steer clear and find a place that wants to take care of their customers rather than just Lip Service.

So, in the parking lot, having been told at the counter bluntly that there was nothing they could do to finish the job EXACTLY as they had agreed to do, in writing, I started writing a 1-star shred piece of a review.
Then a long-time customer (waiting on his project) approached me. I vented to him, but he told me how much he appreciated their work, saying they had built multiple Jeeps for him over the years and how he drives over 2 hours to come to this particular shop. So, I decided to go back in and try again to get resolution. Fortunately, I kept a lid on my temper and was blessed to received a very thoughtful explanation from the shop manager as well as a good suggestion for resolution, with which I was ultimately satisfied. Thank you Stuart and team for finishing well. I appreciate it very much and I will be back in the future!

These guys were really helpful in choosing the right rim/tire combo
For the dodge overland project I just completed the dual swing out tire racks and they let us test fit the tire
For the mods we also got the sale price for labor day
It's going back for the new suspension
We will see how they do and keep y'all posted

Took my jeep in for alignment following lifting from 4 to 6.5 in, the notes left on the receipt made me believe the vehicle will never drive correctly or desired again, couldn't be more wrong, they absolutely botched a simple alignment, 330$ wasted will never return.

After issues with my lbz suspension & steering & stance of the truck , I call several shops around OC. That lead me to ORW in Temecula. I live over 5 hours from this shop. The guys were very confident they could figure out the issus on a 06 2500HD LBZ wuth a 6" Lift. I have now made 3 trips to this location. I AM MORE THEN SATISFIED. the 1st appointment, Jr was diligent explaining the process to figure out my specific issues.By the end of the day, I was back on my 5 hour drive home Happy that my tie rods, linkages, swaybar, were properly installed and aligned to a smooth, drive home. With parts on order for a upper/ lower A arm replacement, I happy drove 5 hours with all hopes the rest of the issues would be resolved with all new equipment Recommended & orders thru ORW. With a FULL day of work the guys Ryan, & Eric the technician set out to complete a big job in 1 day. These boys pulled of a hellaofa job. Serious. Kuddos. Full upper & lower a arms, a 2nd alignment, & ballance & rotate of 35 tires. Not a easy job for 1 day. I'll tell you this, I won't take my truck anywhere. But I will happily drive 5 hours to ORW. I am currently back, my third trip, to have all components rechecked which is included in these services . GREAT JOB ORW.

1200 quote turned into 1600 and it was still installed wrong. Incorrect fluid and they wanted an extra 160 to put in the correct fluid. I assumed the high price meant professionalism, I was wrong. Thanks for botching it Stewert at ORW Murrieta, I love nothing more than overpaying someone else to do it wrong. I've never had a shop that thinks they know better than the owners manual and dealer.
