Boyfriend and I were visiting different jewelers to get ideas for the ring I wanted. Starting from our first visit, the customer service was excellent. We had asked questions regarding customizing rings etc to match the ring I built online. Boyfriend was given the jewelers number and after the first contact, he immediately started working on the ring process for us knowing we needed by a certain date. They went above and beyond to make sure the ring was exactly what we wanted, and accommodated us with such a short time period to get done. The custom ring we received was STUNNING. they really made my dream engagement ring come to life. (Check out their insta to see the details of my custom ring!) Everything from start to finish was easy and stress free. The ring is absolutely beautiful. Would recommend this jeweler 100%. Thank you guys!!

I was looking for a specific Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra. I called the store, they were very inviting and professional, so I went in and met Lillian and Imad. I found a great selection of several top brands in addition to the Omega watch I was looking for. The experience was so great I also got a Tissot! I'll be back to add to my collection for sure! I can't emphasize enough how fantastic customer service goes a long way! This was an excellent experience! Recommended!

Exceptional experience throughout the entire process. Lillian and Imad were able to help me out last minute and set my wife's earrings in 1 day knowing that I am leaving for a vacation.
