Sissy’s is the only jewelry store for us. This last trip I knocked my diamond out of my engagement ring. Luckily I heard it fall and was able to retrieve it. I immediately took it to Sissy’s right before they closed for the evening and they met me with a smile and assured me they would take care of the repair needed. The repairs were complete a few days later. When I picked up the ring the staff were so friendly and accommodating. My ring looks like the first day I got it! Warmed my heart! A kind gentleman held the door for me and told me to have a great evening. It is those kind little personal touches that I love. 10/10

Sissy’s (especially the Promenade location) is not only the definition of luxury, but also class and professionalism. Whether I am in my Sunday best or fresh off a shift in scrubs, they have always treated me like family. Their selection is beautiful and my ring shines like new when they clean it. Sissy’s has always provided top-notch service. I have gotten my engagement ring, an irreplaceable Art Deco era ring that belonged to my husband’s great-grandmother repaired/adjusted twice there and just the security alone makes it worth going to Sissy’s. Always professional!
